We are the premium off-campus housing for university students. Just across the street from Texas Southern University campus, we are practically inside the campus.

We accept your financial aid award just like the universities, so there is no out of pocket costs. If you are a recipient of financial aid and wish to pay your housing with your financial aid, you will need to apply for the financial aid deferment plan. Please understand that if you are choosing to pay via financial aid, you will not be confirmed until your financial aid award letter has been submitted.
